Cancellation terms and conditions
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without explanation given.
The cancellation period is fourteen days following the day of the conclusion of the contract in case of a service agreement or a contract over the delivery of water, gas or electricity without concrete amounts given, of teleheating or digital contents which are delivered without physical medium.

) with a explicit statement (e.g. a post letter, a telefax or an email) on your decision to cancel this contract.
To keep the deadline it suffices that your notification about your cancellation is sent before the deadline.
Results of cancellation
Should you cancel this contract we are bound to return all payments we received from you, including shipping charges but excluding extra payments for delivery methods aside from ours, immediately and within 14 days after receiving notice. Unless further specified we will use the same means of payment for the refund which you used in the original transaction. In no case will we demand fees due to the refund.
Should you have specified, that the service should begin within the cancellation period we will demand a fee based on the amount of service supplied in relation to the total amount of service to be delivered.
